At Bugacci, we are committed to delivering our premium, handcrafted jackets to you safely and transparently. Because our sheepskin coats are individually handmade in our specialized workshop in Pakistan, we maintain strict quality controls from crafting to final delivery.

1. Shipping Destinations & Rates

  • Shipping Zone: We ship exclusively to physical addresses within the United States.
  • Shipping Cost: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay—there are no hidden shipping fees or unexpected delivery charges at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

Because each jacket is meticulously handmade to order, we require time to tailor and prepare your item for shipment.

  • Handling Time: 7 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day.

3. Shipping & Transit Times

Once your jacket is ready, it is handed over to our express courier partners and shipped directly from our international workshop in Pakistan to your delivery address in the United States.

  • Transit Time: 7 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 14 to 16 business days (Handling Time + Transit Time).

Please note: Tracking information will be emailed to you immediately as soon as your package is dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real-time.

4. Trusted Shipping Carriers

To ensure secure and reliable delivery, we partner exclusively with premier express carriers:

  • DHL Express
  • FedEx
  • UPS

5. Delivery Restrictions & Guidelines

  • No PO Boxes/APO/FPO: Because we utilize express courier services (DHL/FedEx) for high-value shipments, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. A physical residential or business address is required.
  • Signature Required: For security purposes and to prevent package theft, a signature may be required upon delivery.
  • Address Corrections: Please review your shipping address carefully. If you need to make corrections, you must contact us at contact@bugacci.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed, please reach out to us within 3 business days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at contact@bugacci.com with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)

We will coordinate with the courier and immediately arrange a replacement or a full refund.

All of our orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Pakistan:
