Refund policy

At Bugacci Jackets, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade sheepskin coats. Because each of our jackets is individually handcrafted to order, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure quality and fairness. Please read our policy below before initiating a return.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us and initiate the process within this 14-day timeframe.

2. Return Conditions (Defective Products Only)

Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items.

  • Eligible Returns: Items that arrive with structural defects, material damages, or mistakes made during our tailoring process.
  • Ineligible Returns: We do not accept returns for change of mind, custom sizing mistakes provided by the customer, or general wear and tear.
  • Condition of Item: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs and arranging the shipment. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

4. Return Address

All eligible returns must be securely packed and mailed back directly to our specialized workshop warehouse in Pakistan. Please send your return package to the following address:

Note: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for packages lost during return transit.

5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

If your product has arrived defective or damaged, please follow these steps to request a return:

  1. Contact us via email at contact@bugacci.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your Order Number, a brief description of the defect, and clear photographs showcasing the damage or defect.
  3. Once our quality control team reviews and approves your request, we will provide you with the exact shipping instructions to our Karachi warehouse.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received at our workshop and inspected by our craftsmen:

  • We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
