Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for:
- Size issues
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items received
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
If the requested size or item is unavailable, we may offer a refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing times by banks or payment providers may vary
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged
- The item has a verified defect
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
